I met Maddy at a wedding fair - she was so lovely I felt at ease straight away and I knew I'd be happy to have an appointment. My main concern before trying on wedding dresses was that size would be an issue. It was never even mentioned. It simply didn't matter. I felt like any other person trying on a dress. I tried on about 8 dresses in completely different, but gorgeous styles. It was so much fun. And a great space to do it in - the shop is lovely! Luckily I found the dress for me (which is nothing like what I expected in such a good way) and I'm so glad I found it there.
Sarah, Sara and Maddy were all amazing. So fun, warm and kind. The service was fantastic and I love my dress. I'm so grateful to the team for the care and support in the lead-up to the wedding. I contacted Bicester Bridal as I saw a wedding dress on the website which I completely fell in love with. This was my first ever wedding dress appointment and was very apprehensive. We quickly booked an appointment over the phone. The staff were so friendly and professional about my wishlist around wedding dress preferences.
The store called me 2 days prior to my appointment and gave me the process to expect on the day. I was very impressed and very excited to meet the team
I arrived at my appointment with my mum and saw that Maddy had put out the dresses I wished to try on including my 1st choice dress. She met us with warmth and reassurance.
I tried on multiple gorgeous dresses with Maddy's suggestions and as a result bought my 1st choice dress and accessories to go with it. Maddy gave me such great guidance and the experience she provided was exactly what I needed for such a huge decision in my life... choosing THE dress!

From start to finish, I had the most wonderful experience at Bicester Bridal! I found them originally at a wedding fair in Milton Keynes, and fell in love with the dresses they supplied. I booked and appointment for myself and my mum, and were looked after incredibly well, we had Prosecco and I felt I was really listened to with what I wanted. I tried on multiple dresses, and really enjoyed the experience. I found my dream dress and couldn’t have been happier. They have links with the local alterations company, which made things easier in terms of they deliver/collect the dress and communicate with them. I would highly recommend Bicester bridal. Such a beautiful variety of dresses and with variety of prices too! Sara was so welcoming and helpful. She chose me lots to try, listened to me so well and picked up exactly what I loved about dresses to guide the next one. We accidentally went over time but nothing was too much of a bother for them! Refreshments were nice, comfy sofa and intimate setting. I really didn’t expect to find the one but I did! Highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful bridal experience at Bicester bridal. Sara made me feel like the most beautiful bride. By far the best experience out of all the shops I visited. It was not only special for me but also my family I brought with me. There was an incredible podium I got to stand on every time I tried on a new dress.

Five stars honestly aren't enough to describe how wonderful the team at Bicester Bridal are. They really are the whole package. Not only do they help you find the perfect dress, but they do so much more. You can book extras, such as alterations (organised in partnership with Ros' Alteration Room), and cleaning and boxing for your dress after the big day. Best place to buy a wedding dress! They have a huge selection of dresses, which changes constantly. They also have my favourite designer Stella York. Love the service from the lovely ladies who work there. Thank you for helping me find the dress of my dreams.

My experience at Bicester Bridal has been absolutely lovely. I would definitely recommend Bicester Bridal! They made the whole experience enjoyable and nothing was too much for them. The ladies are lovely! I felt a little self conscious before I went as have had surgery for breast cancer but they made me feel at ease and after more surgery it was not a problem to go back for an extra try on. Would like to say a HUGE thank you to CoCo and the team for helping find my absolute dream dress! They are all amazingly kind and assertive. They listen and have a huge range of gorgeous dresses! I felt so at ease not under any pressure, we had such a great laugh! Lots of different emotions. I honestly wouldn’t recommend anywhere else. I found my ideal dream dress within minutes, although I had tried multiple styles at a shop before, but as soon as I told coco my exact specifications for my dress she found one and it was the first one i tried on and i knew it was my dress straight away! One the most special day of my life I wanted to look stunning and I had lots of ideas of what I did or didn't want in a dress. Bicester Bridal were amazing at helping to pick out a selection to try on. I eventually found "the dress" and fell in love! At every appointment I felt like I was the only person that mattered and there was nothing that couldn't be done - they were more than helpful! I picked out my veil and headpiece from the store too and everything was kept safe until a few days before the wedding when I came to collect it.
